In this article, you’ll learn how to request an email confirmation code, complete the confirmation process, and get help if the email doesn’t arrive.
▶️ How can I verify my email address?
Confirming your email address helps keep your profile secure and ensures you receive important account updates.
To confirm your email address:
Click the Profile icon in your Olymptrade account.
Open Settings.
Select Contacts and click your email address.
Click Get Email Code.
Check your inbox for an email from Olymptrade.
Enter the four-digit code on the platform.
✅ Once the process is complete, you’ll see the Email Confirmed message. Click Continue to return to your account.
💡 What if I don’t receive the confirmation email?
If the email doesn’t arrive:
Check your Spam or Junk folder.
Make sure that your email account is active and can receive messages.
Check your email settings to make sure that messages from Olymptrade aren’t blocked.
If you still can’t find the email, contact Support so we can check the issue and help you complete the confirmation process.
