In this article, you'll learn how to get help if you don't remember your registration email, how account ownership may be confirmed, and how long the process may take.
▶️ What should I do if I don't remember my registration email?
If you don't remember the email address linked to your Olymptrade account, contact Support through the chat. Let us know whether you can still access your account and provide any account information you remember.
🔐 How will I confirm account ownership?
To protect your account, we'll need to confirm that you're the account owner. Depending on the information linked to your account, you may be asked to:
Confirm access to a confirmed phone number linked to your account.
Complete identity verification.
Provide proof of a previous deposit, if you've made deposits.
If proof of deposit is required, it should show:
Your name.
The transaction date.
The payment method used.
You may also be asked to provide an alternative email address that you can access so we can contact you about your request.
⏳ How long does the process take?
The processing time depends on how your account ownership is confirmed. If additional verification is required, the process may take up to 5 working days.
🔄 What happens after my account is identified?
If you don't have access to your registered email address, Support may offer to change the email linked to your account. Additional identity verification may be required.
Before changing it, make sure that:
You have access to the new email address.
The new email address isn't already registered to another Olymptrade account.
❓ What if I can't provide any verification information?
If we can't confirm ownership using the information linked to your account, we may be unable to recover access.
Check the inboxes of any email addresses you may have used and look for previous messages from Olymptrade. This may help you identify your registration email.
