💡Tips & Tricks

  • If your Facebook Messenger code doesn’t work, type “code” in the “Olymp Authentication” chat to receive a new code.

  • Your 2FA method will work across all Olymptrade products and apps.

  • If your Google Authenticator code isn’t accepted, make sure your phone’s date and time are set automatically. Incorrect time settings may affect verification codes.

Google Authenticator and Facebook Messenger are both secure options, so you can choose the one that feels more convenient for you.

Lost access to Google Authenticator or Facebook Messenger? If you no longer have access to your 2FA codes or authenticator app, you can disable 2FA by completing an identity verification process. This includes uploading a 3D selfie (liveness verification) and other required documents, such as proof of identity. Once verification is approved, 2FA will be disabled, and you’ll regain access to your account.
