How to deposit via Bank Cards on Olymptrade

How to make a deposit

Go to the Deposit section in your account and select Bank Cards.
Choose the amount you want to deposit.
Enter your card details: card number, expiration date, CVV/CVC, and cardholder name.
Complete the payment by entering the verification code (OTP/3DS) sent by your bank.

🌏 You can deposit using Visa, Mastercard, or JCB cards issued in supported countries.

💳 Cards linked to Apple Pay can also be used. Cards linked to Google Pay can be used only by traders in Azerbaijan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cambodia, Kuwait, Morocco, and Qatar.

💡Tips & Tricks

Make sure OTP or 3DS verification is enabled on your card. This code is required to confirm each transaction.
Double-check that all card details are entered correctly: CVV/CVC: the 3-digit code on the back of your card Expiration date: ensure the card is not expired Cardholder name: must match the name printed on the card
The card must be issued in your name. Some cards may require additional verification if: The same card is used multiple times More than three different cards are used within 24 hours Ensure your card supports online and international payments.

🛠️ Dealing with deposit issues

Most deposit errors are resolved by waiting 15 minutes after the money was deducted or by performing basic troubleshooting.

If the issue persists, please check the following:

⚙️Confirm with your bank that your card is enabled for online and international transactions.
⚙️Try changing the deposit amount:
- Multiple small deposits using the same card may lead to errors
- Prepaid cards usually have a transaction limit of 50 EUR
⚙️Make sure your card was issued in a supported country.
⚙️If you used this card before, try removing it from one-click payments and enter the card details again.
⚙️Review any recent declined deposits:
- Multiple declined attempts may cause temporary restrictions from your bank
