How to make a deposit

  1. Go to the Deposit section in your account and select Airtel Money.

  2. Enter the required details:

    • Wallet phone number (format: 255 + 9 digits)

    • First name

    • Last name

  3. You will be redirected to the Airtel Money payment page.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.

If the issue persists, please check the following:

  • ⚙️ Be aware of daily and monthly transaction limits set by Airtel Money.

  • ⚙️ Make sure the payment amount matches exactly the amount requested on the platform.

  • ⚙️ Confirm your wallet has sufficient balance and the transaction was completed within the allowed time.
