How to make a deposit

Naver Pay - NamuWiki
  1. Go to the Deposit section in your account and select “Naver Pay.”

  2. Choose the deposit amount.

  3. You will be redirected to the payment page, where a QR code will be displayed.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.

📍 This payment method is available only in South Korea.

💡Tips & Tricks

  • Make sure to complete the payment within the time limit. If the session expires, return to the payment page and request a new QR code.

  • Ensure you have sufficient balance in your account before confirming the payment.

  • Enable QR payment (QR transactions) in your Naver Pay app and make sure the QR code scanning feature is active. Also confirm that your account is properly linked to your bank account or e-wallet.

  • Always transfer the exact deposit amount shown in the payment order.
(Do not round up or down.)

🛠️ Dealing with deposit issues

Most deposit errors are resolved by waiting 15 minutes after the money was deducted or by performing basic troubleshooting.

If the issue persists, please check the following:

  • ⚙️ If you attempt multiple deposits in a short time, the platform may flag them as suspicious transactions, which can cause delays. Please wait a few minutes and try again.

  • ⚙️ If your session expires, generate a new deposit request to receive a new QR code.

  • ⚙️ Make sure you have enough funds in your account before confirming the transaction.

  • ⚙️ Verify that the QR payment option is correctly set up and that your bank or e-wallet is properly linked.

  • ⚙️ Update your mobile banking or e-wallet app to the latest version to avoid compatibility issues during QR payments.

If the funds were deducted from your card but are not showing in your trading balance after 15 minutes, you can submit a checking request via the chatbot.
