🛠️ Dealing with deposit issues
Most deposit issues are resolved by waiting 15 minutes after the money was deducted or by performing basic troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please check the following:
⚙️ Make sure you are using a phone number from a supported country.
⚙️ Confirm that the selected mobile operator provides an active mobile money service in your country.
⚙️ Ensure your internet connection is stable while sending the payment.
⚙️ Your mobile wallet may have transaction limits based on your country or verification level. If the limit is reached, use an alternative payment method until it resets.
If you did not receive the payment SMS:
⚙️ Check your network coverage and confirm the phone number is correct.
⚙️ Ensure you have sufficient balance to receive SMS messages, as some providers may charge a small fee.
⚙️ On dual-SIM phones, temporarily disable the other SIM.
⚙️ Contact your mobile operator to use a USSD code for completing the transaction
If the funds were deducted but are not showing in your trading balance after 15 minutes, you can submit a checking request via the chatbot.
