In this article, you’ll learn which screenshots should not be uploaded, why they may be rejected, and what type of screenshot should be provided instead.
Why can a screenshot be rejected?
Some screenshots do not contain the required payment details or are taken from the wrong application.
If the screenshot is incomplete or invalid, the verification process may take longer because our team may need to request a new document.
To avoid delays, always upload a screenshot from the payment app, bank app, or wallet used to make the payment.
Examples of incorrect screenshots ❌
Screenshot taken from the Olymptrade platform
Screenshots from the Olymptrade transaction history or deposit page are not valid because they do not contain enough payment information for verification.
Why is it invalid?
The screenshot was taken from the platform instead of the payment application used to complete the payment.
Screenshot without the transaction details opened
Some payment apps only show limited information on the first screen.
If the transaction ID, reference number, or other required payment details are not visible, the screenshot cannot be used for verification.
Examples:
Payment confirmation screen without opening “View Details”
Success screen without transaction information
Receipt screen with incomplete payment details
Why is it invalid?
The required transaction details are not visible in the screenshot.
What should you do instead?
Open the payment details or tap “View Details” in your payment app before taking the screenshot.
Helpful tip 💡
Before uploading your screenshot, double-check that:
The image was taken from the payment app or bank app
The transaction details are fully visible
The transaction ID or UTR number can be clearly seen
Providing the correct screenshot helps our team process your request faster and reduces the waiting time for updates.
