  • Always transfer the exact amount shown on the payment page.

  • Ensure payment is completed within the platform’s time limit, transfer the exact amount in one transaction, and use bank details just once.

  • Submit the transaction ID and click 'I Paid'. Save all receipts and confirmation details for future reference.

  • Ensure that you are using the correct and registered mobile number for your IMPS transaction.

  • Verify that your deposit amount is within the allowed limits set by the platform and your bank.

⚙️ Dealing with deposit errors

Most deposit errors are resolved by waiting 15 minutes before trying a new deposit or performing basic troubleshooting.

If the issue persists, please check the following:

  • ⚙️ If you’ve hit a transaction limit or error, wait before trying another deposit. After several failed attempts, the deposit option may be temporarily unavailable.

  • ⚙️ Always create a new request for each deposit. Avoid using the same payment details for multiple deposits.

  • ⚙️ If you encounter frequent errors, try reducing the deposit amount or check with your bank for any frequency limits.

  • ⚙️Ensure you are not exceeding daily transaction limits set by your bank for IMPS.
