How to deposit via Virtual Account on Olymptrade

Virtual Account allows you to deposit funds by transferring money directly from your bank account using a generated virtual account number.

How to make a deposit

Go to the Deposit section in your account and select Virtual Account.
Choose your bank from the available options.
Select the deposit amount you want to make.
Enter your first name and last name.
You will be redirected to the payment page to complete the transfer using your bank’s app or website.

🏦 Virtual Account deposits support the following banks:

Make sure your bank account has sufficient balance to complete the deposit. Check your bank’s daily and transaction limits before transferring funds
Always create a new deposit request for each transaction. Transfer the exact amount shown in the deposit request in a single transaction.
Complete the payment within the time shown on the platform.

Most deposit errors are resolved by waiting 15 minutes after the money was deducted or by performing basic troubleshooting.

If the issue persists, please check the following:

⚙️ Make sure the OTP or PIN used for the transaction was entered correctly and has not expired.
⚙️ Check the transaction status in your bank app or SMS notification.
