When you need to pass verification

Verification documents
🤵 Proof of identity
To verify your identity, you can upload your passport, national identity document (ID), or driving license. Your document should contain your name, date of birth, and photograph.

To upload your 3D selfie, position your face in the frame and move your head in a circle. The instructions will be on the platform during verification.
🏡 Proof of address
You can confirm your residence through the Geolocation function. Alternatively, you can upload a document like a bank statement or a utility bill with your full name, address, and issue date.

💳 Proof of payment
The documents needed to verify your payment depend on the method you used to deposit on the platform. Usually, the document or picture should contain your name, date, and deposit amount.

Document check timeframe
Once you upload your documents the verification process can take from 24 hours up to 5 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
You will receive an email or SMS notification about your verification status. You can also track the verification status in your profile. |

📌 You can complete the verification process at any time. However, restrictions might apply after 14 days since the verification was requested. The exact time you have to verify your account will be found in the notification email.
