Enter the correct M-Pesa Account Number with the country code '+254' & National Identity number (KNI).
Check the deposit amount in Kenyan shillings and your phone number.
Enter your mobile number and security PIN correctly, and click 'Pay' only once.
Dial *334# on your mobile to access M-Pesa USSD services, including sending money, and checking your balance.
Ensure you have enough balance to cover M-Pesa transaction fees. You can check your balance via the app or by dialing the USSD code.

Most deposit errors are resolved by waiting 15 minutes before trying a new deposit or performing basic troubleshooting.

👉 Always create a new request for each deposit to the platform. Avoid using the same payment details for several deposits.
