🔄 Flip Direction for Fixed Time Trades

Learn the basics of flip direction and change the course of your deals!

Written by Maya

Flip Direction lets you change the direction of an open Fixed Time Trade from Up to Down, or from Down to Up, without opening a new trade.

The feature is available on Android and Web.

🔄 How Flip Direction works

  1. Open the actions for an active Fixed Time Trade.

  2. Select Flip Direction.

  3. Review the flip cost and the new trade direction.

  4. Confirm the action.

  • The direction changes immediately after confirmation.

  • The flip cost is shown separately in the trade details.

  • You can flip a trade only once. The action cannot be reversed after confirmation.

💳 Flip cost

Flip Direction is a paid feature. The cost appears on the Flip Direction button before you confirm the action.

The cost is deducted from your balance when the trade direction is changed. It can only be paid using real funds.

⚠️ When Flip Direction is unavailable

You cannot flip a trade when:

  • Its direction has already been flipped.

  • The selected asset does not support the feature.

  • There is not enough time remaining before the trade closes.

  • The trade uses a non-central strike price.

Flip Direction is available only for supported Fixed Time Trades and trading conditions.

⚡ What is 1-click flip

By default, the platform asks you to confirm before changing a trade’s direction.

When 1-click flip is enabled, the direction changes immediately after you select Flip Direction, without an additional confirmation.

With 1-click flip enabled, you will not have another opportunity to review the direction or flip cost before the action is completed.

⚙️ How to enable 1-click flip

You can enable the feature from the flip confirmation window or in Settings.

To enable it in Settings:

  1. Open your Profile.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Open Trading platform.

  4. Find the Trades section.

  5. Turn on 1-click flip.

Follow the same path and turn off 1-click flip if you want the confirmation window to appear again.
