How to make a deposit

  1. Go to the Deposit section in your account and select QR.

  2. Choose the amount you want to deposit.

  3. Scan the QR code using your banking or e-wallet application.

  4. Confirm the payment directly in the app.

  • Complete the payment within the time shown on the platform. If the session expires, cancel it and start a new deposit with a fresh QR code.

  • Transfer the exact amount in a single transaction and avoid making multiple deposit attempts in a short time.

  • Make sure your account has sufficient balance to cover the transaction.

  • Ensure your payment app is set up for QR transactions, with QR scanning enabled and linked to the correct bank or e-wallet.

  • Always review the deposit amount and destination details before confirming the payment.

  • Use the latest version of your banking or e-wallet app to avoid compatibility issues.

🛠️ Dealing with deposit issues

Most deposit errors are resolved by waiting 15 minutes after the money was deducted or by performing basic troubleshooting.

If the issue continues, please check the following:

  • ⚙️ Avoid making several deposit attempts quickly, as this may cause delays or temporary flags.

  • ⚙️ If the QR session expired, cancel it and start a new deposit using a new QR code.

  • ⚙️ Confirm that your account has enough funds and that the payment app is ready for QR transactions.

If the funds were deducted from your bank or e-wallet but are not showing in your trading balance after 15 minutes, you can submit a checking request via the chatbot.
