💡Tips & Tricks

  • Complete the payment within the platform’s specified time. Payments made after the time expires may not be processed.

  • Transfer the exact deposit amount shown on the platform in a single transaction. Avoid paying less or more than the requested amount.

  • When making the payment in the NayaPay app, carefully copy and paste the Transaction ID onto the payment page.

  • For future reference, save all receipts and confirmation details, and create a new deposit request for each new transaction.

⚙️ Dealing with deposit errors

  • Most deposit errors are resolved by waiting 15 minutes before trying a new deposit or performing basic troubleshooting.

💰 Transfer the full deposit amount shown on the platform in one transaction. Avoid partial or excess payments.

🧩 Use only your own NayaPay account for the transaction. Payments from third parties may be rejected.

✅ After completing the payment in the NayaPay app, carefully copy the Transaction ID and paste it on the payment page to avoid mistakes.

🔄 Do not refresh or close the deposit page until the transaction is completed.

📍 Make sure your NayaPay app is updated and your account is active, with no restrictions applied.

📚 Avoid making multiple deposit attempts quickly. For each deposit, always create a new request to prevent issues caused by reusing old details.
