🛠️ Dealing with deposit issues
Most deposit errors are resolved by waiting 15 minutes after the money was deducted or by performing basic troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please check the following:
⚙️ Confirm that the payment was completed within the allowed time window. Expired sessions require a new deposit request.
⚙️ Be aware of transaction limits set by Binance Pay and plan your deposits accordingly.
⚙️ Check for additional fees, such as network fees, and make sure you have enough balance to cover them.
⚙️ Ensure the selected crypto and protocol were not changed during confirmation.
If the payment was completed but is not showing in your trading balance after 15 minutes, you can submit a checking request via the chatbot.
