💸 How to Request a Withdrawal
You can withdraw starting from $10 (or an equivalent amount). Some payment methods may have different minimum limits.
Steps
Open the withdrawal page using this link.
Choose your payment method from the list.
Fill in the required details for your selected method.
Click Send a Request.

⏱️ Withdrawal Timeframe
 | - We make every effort to process your withdrawal request within 24 hours. However, on some occasions, the process may take up to 5 working days.
- Once your withdrawal request has been successfully processed, you will receive the funds in your e-wallet immediately. If you withdraw to a bank card or bank account, it may take up to 5 working days to receive the money. |
💳 Withdrawal limits
The amount you can withdraw may depend on the payment method you use, your previous deposits, and the withdrawal options available in your account.

❌ Need to cancel a withdrawal?
If your withdrawal is still under processing, you may be able to cancel it. Cancellation availability depends on the current status of the transaction and whether the payment provider has already started processing it.

🔎 Completed withdrawal but no funds?
If your bank card withdrawal is marked as completed but the funds have not arrived after 3 working days, you can request an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) through the chatbot.
The ARN can help your bank locate the transaction.
💡 Important Info
Here is some important info to keep in mind when requesting your withdrawal:
You may only request
one withdrawal at a time. You can not request the next withdrawal until the first withdrawal has been processed.
Funds
may not be deductedfrom your account immediately after you request a withdrawal. If your balance is less than the amount of the withdrawal, the request will be automatically cancelled.
If you use
multiple payment methods, the amount of each withdrawal request must not exceed the total amount deposited with each payment method. If you need to withdraw more, you can do so by simplyrequesting several withdrawals.
