SWIFT is a global network that allows banks to send international financial transfers securely. It is available for deposits on the platform in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

In this article, you will learn how to deposit using SWIFT, including the steps, processing time, and important tips to ensure a successful transaction.

▶️ Deposit steps

  • Go to the Deposit section and select “SWIFT” from the available payment methods.

  • Choose the amount you want to deposit.

  • Confirm the payment details.

  • Enter your personal information.

  • After that, you will receive the bank account details to which the funds should be sent.

  • Open your banking app and transfer the specified amount to the provided account details.

  • Enter the transaction number (reference number).

Most deposits are credited instantly. If the money has been deducted but the deposit hasn’t appeared yet, please wait 15 minutes. If it’s still not there, you can send a request through our chatbot so we can check it.

  • Make sure to enter the bank transfer details correctly as shown on the platform. Check the bank account number and the account holder’s name.

  • Remember to top up your bank balance in advance.

  • Depending on your bank, you may fund your account using bank cards.

  • Send the exact deposit amount shown in the deposit instructions.
