How to deposit via Fawry on Olymptrade

In this article, you’ll learn how to deposit via Fawry, check processing times, and find useful tips to avoid common issues.

▶️ Deposit steps

  1. Go to this link and choose "Fawry".

  2. Choose your deposit amount.

  3. Enter your phone number, first name, last name, and national ID number.

  4. You can choose to deposit through 'Wallet' (PayDo) or through one of the stores supporting Fawry.

💡Tips & Tricks

  • The document number is your national ID (14 digits).

  • If you were redirected to PayDo, you need to log in or create an account if you don't already have one.

  • You can also complete the payment at a local store using the payment methods available there.

  • Save your voucher details to pay for the correct reference number and service code.

  • You can pay through your Fawry account through "My Fawry" app. Choose "Fawry Pay" service and enter the reference number on your voucher.

  • Ensure your balance covers the deposit amount and Fawry service commission.

  • Fees amount appear before confirming the payment upon entering the reference number.

  • Payment completed! ✅ Take a screenshot of your payment receipt if you are using "My Fawry" app, or take a picture of the receipt if you are using the Fawry machine.

⚙️ Dealing with deposit errors

  • Most deposit errors are resolved by waiting 15 minutes before trying a new deposit or performing basic troubleshooting.

📌 Make sure to create a new deposit request for each request on the platform. Using the same reference number for several deposits can cause your transactions to be lost.

🔄 Complete your payment within the expiry date on your payment voucher. If you don't complete your payment in time, please request a new one.

📚 The transaction limit for Fawry Pay is 5 transactions per month. If you’ve hit a transaction limit or error, wait before attempting another deposit.

Most deposits are credited instantly. If the money has been deducted but the deposit hasn’t appeared yet, please wait 15 minutes. If it’s still not there, you can send a request through our chatbot so we can check it.
