InZone offers a different way to trade on Olymptrade by focusing on an asset's price range. In this guide, you'll learn the basics, key features, and conditions to keep in mind before opening a trade.
📊 What is InZone Trading?
InZone is a trading mode where you predict whether an asset's price will be within a set price range when your trade expires.
Unlike traditional Fixed Time Trading, you don't predict whether the price will rise or fall. Instead, the platform displays a range with an upper and lower limit, and your prediction is based on where the price will be at expiration.
Here are three key terms to know:
Price range: The interval between the upper and lower price limits displayed on the chart. Once your trade opens, the price range is locked and won't shift until the trade ends.
Trade duration: The amount of time between opening your trade and its expiration.
Profitability: InZone offers a fixed profitability of 110% across available assets. This is the potential profit you can earn if your prediction is correct.
⚙️ How does InZone Trading work?
When you select an asset, InZone automatically calculates a price range based on the asset's volatility.
Volatility describes how much an asset's price moves. The range may vary depending on market conditions, but once you open a trade, it remains fixed until expiration.
Your trade can have two possible outcomes:
Successful trade: If the asset's price is within the set price range when the trade expires, you earn the displayed profit.
Unsuccessful trade: If the asset's price is outside the set price range when the trade expires, you lose the amount invested.
💡 Good to know: The price can move outside the range while your trade is active. What matters is where the price is when the trade expires. If the final price is exactly on the upper or lower boundary, it counts as being within the range.
