Marketplace on Olymptrade: How it works

Marketplace offers packs of trading tools and extensions, which are additional features not included in the basic version of the platform. These can be obtained by subscribing to the Market.

In this article, you’ll learn how to subscribe to extensions in the Marketplace, how to manage or cancel subscriptions, and how refunds work.

Open "Market."
Choose the item.
Pick your payment plan.
Set your sub-account to pay.

You can check your purchased items by clicking on "My Purchases & Rewards."
Extensions are available on all versions of the platform: web versions on your computer or smartphone, mobile apps (iOS and Android), and desktop apps (Windows and macOS).

📝 What you can purchase in the Marketplace

Trading conditions: Access features that can improve your trading conditions, such as higher potential profitability options.
Trading signals: They are live signals give suggestions that are derived from analyzing the market to either purchase or sell financial assets.
Strategies: Pre-built sets of indicators and oscillators are at your disposal, providing you with valuable insights on the perfect timing to enter and exit trades. Know more here.

🧭 How to cancel a subscription

Once you subscribe to an extension, it won't be canceled till the end of the month. But you can cancel the auto-renewal at any time unless 24 hours before the renewal date.

To turn off auto-renewal, please follow these steps:

On your homepage, choose "Market" then "My purchases & Rewards."
Choose the extension you want to cancel.
Turn off "Auto-renewal."

📌 Refund policy

If you cancel your subscription the day after purchase, a refund cannot be provided. However, you can continue using the extension until the end of the paid month.
If you have been subscribed for more than 30 days, your subscription period is divided into blocks of 30 days each (for example, a 60-day subscription is treated as two 30-day blocks).
If you decide to cancel, we'll give you a refund for only the 30-day periods that remain from your subscription at the time of your cancellation request.

Example: If you paid for a 90-day subscription and you request to cancel it on the 45th day. In that case, you'll receive a refund for the block of days from the 60th to the 90th day.
